A $350.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a pup once we have a pup for you
Our Policy on Deposit Refunds
All deposits are nonrefundable. The main reason being is to prevent people from reserving pups with multiple breeders, then deciding later which one they'll get a pup from. We have no way of knowing what the reasoning is for changing their mind so the deposit is nonrefundable. We will only refund a deposit in the event that we cannot provide you with a pup from the original litter that you were on
We are often asked what the procedure is for obtaining a puppy, here goes.
You can secure a puppy by placing a $350.00 non refundable deposit
on a current litter or a litter that is due to be born. Pricing is below..
You will be asked at that time to provide your name, address and a cell phone #
that we can reach you by text. Then the litter that you would like a
puppy from and if you want a male or a female.
Once the litters that are due are born you will be put on the litter that you requested
in the order that your deposit was recieved. If there isn't an available puppy
for you in that litter based on the sex requested you can change litters
but your deposit will be treated as a new deposit on the new litter.
If you do not wish to change litters your deposit will be refunded.
The order that we receive deposits is the order that the puppies
are picked on the day that they go home at 8 weeks of age.
Once the litters are born you may visit the puppies for the first time
after they are 2 weeks old. All puppy visits will be on Sundays
between the hours of 11 am and 1:30 only. We must be notified
by text to 412-952-1801 that you are planning to visit.
You may visit each Sunday, if you wish, until they are 7 weeks old.
Finally, The pups will go home the Sunday after they are 8 weeks old.
Once they are born you will be given that date and a time to be here
to pick your puppy. You must be here on that day & time and you
must take possession of your pup that day, no exceptions.
We do not hold puppies after that date.
Your time to be here that Sunday, in most cases, will be between 9am and 1pm.
You will have 30 minutes to pick your puppy.
When you pick your puppy you will be provided with it microchip #
and all of it's paperwork. The balance will be paid at that time including
the Pa sales tax on the original price. Checks, cash & credit cards are accepted.
A 3 percent fee will be added to credit card payments to cover our processing fees.

If you own a Golden, whether you purchased it from us or elsewhere,
and can no longer care for it for any reason, we will post it on our site
& on our Facebook page until a new, loving & safe home can be found.
